We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from THE BUDGET X. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can easily return it. Here you'll find all the important information about the process, deadlines, and conditions – clearly explained and transparently regulated.

You can return products to us within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot refund products with signs of use or damaged packaging.

 

The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Digital Downloads

  • Personalized products

  • Custom-made products

  4. Refund within 5-7 working days after inspection of the return

To ensure a smooth return process, please use our return form. Please include the completed form with your return shipment.

You bear the costs of the return shipment, except in the case of faulty or incorrect delivery.
In this case, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.
We recommend insured shipping with tracking.
